Specters :

NOTE These specters used to be in Affliction league, and have been re introduced to the base game via Ritual Encounters.

*Perfect Judgemental Spirit: Ally skeletons deal additional fire and chaos damage with attacks / Casts Discipline
*Perfect Hulking Miscreation: Buffs nearby constructs with 100% increased Damage and 30% Attack and Cast Speed / Nearby allies gain 20% of Physical Damage as Extra Lightning Damage (we don’t care much about this second part)
*Perfect Forest Warrior: Nearby allies have Onslaught / Culling Strike
